The hospital started its activity in January 16, 2006.
As soon as it was opened a huge charitable action was held: around 3000
patients were examined free of charge. The aim of this humanitarian activity
was to study the demand of the population for medical service and to create
the corresponding model of management. Up to 4000 widely-raging surgeries
are performed here yearly, and the number of out-patients amounts to 38000.
